The Hayfield is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Milton as it is set in the top school districts, walk to the Union restaurant (link below), gated, and features charm throughout with gated gas lit entry, tree-lined streets, and granite curbing. Barry Segars, the developer, upon concept, put much thought into the charm and appeal of the neighborhood. There are a total of 31 homes and 2 build sites. The site on Upper Meadow is being developed now by one of our great clients into their personal home and the other remaining lot at the end cul de sac is under contract with another one of our clients also building their personal home.
