She regularly supports a wide range of organizations including Blessings in a Backpack, KIVA, Habitat for Humanity and The HomeAid Chapter of the Atlanta Home Builder’s Association. With every closing, a check is given to Blessings in a Backpack, a local Milton charity that helps to feed children in need.

Dana and her husband have renovated and built many homes alongside their careers while experiencing the highs and lows of the real estate market along the way. Sandy, a New Jersey native, comes to Milton by way of Tampa Bay, Florida, where she developed a passion for real estate through her first-hand experience buying, selling and redesigning homes for over 16 years in Tampa's high-growth market. Having moved multiple times, Sandy can empathize with the emotions of the process and seeks to establish a relatable connection with her clients to help them visualize where they are going to live and how a neighborhood will fit into their particular lifestyle. Before transitioning into real estate, Sandy graduated from the University of Florida in 2002 with a master's degree in Physical Therapy. After 15+ years of practice, Sandy decided to pursue real estate full-time. She is goal-oriented, patient, compassionate and determined. For all of our property listings, we offer a complimentary 2-30 hour professional staging consultation and intensive work if needed with one of Atlanta’s Top Staging consultants. The consultation includes advice on everything from how to declutter, paint color recommendations, furniture placement, to how to best show/present your home for home buyer tours. With the majority of our listings, we bring in our own ‘fill staging’ from our stager/Jenny- this is often art needed, bookshelf pieces, centerpieces, foyer tables, lighting, rugs, patio furniture and even often full rooms of furniture needing a photography/showing boost in style and warmth. Some homes need just a few items where others need a few days of declutter and staging items added. This is included as complimentary with every listing.
